I’m Owen, the coach behind Labbe Fitness — a competitive bodybuilder and online coach who’s spent years dialing in training, nutrition, and lifestyle while juggling a full schedule.

I know what it’s like to want more from your body and your life, but feel overwhelmed by conflicting advice, harsh self-talk, or starting over every few months. My job is to cut through the noise and give you a process that actually works.

Do I need a gym membership?

A basic gym setup is ideal, but I can build a program around a solid home gym if you share exactly what equipment you have. The more tools we have, the more options we get — but it’s not mandatory to start.

I’m a beginner — is this still for me?

Yes. As long as you’re willing to learn and be consistent, I’ll handle the programming, nutrition framework, and education so you’re not overwhelmed or stuck wondering what to do.

How fast will I see results?

You’ll often notice better energy, strength, and focus within weeks. Visible changes — fat loss, muscle, and confidence — build over months of consistent training, nutrition, and sleep. We’re playing the long game.

Can I still eat out or drink?

Yes, within reason. We’ll build a plan that includes meals out, social events, and flexibility so you can live your life while still moving toward your goals instead of starting over every Monday.

Is there a minimum commitment?

I recommend at least 12 weeks. That gives us enough time to build momentum, adjust the plan, and see meaningful change — not just a short, unsustainable sprint.
